✔ 14-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 14 days if:
- You received the wrong product, or
- The product is not what you ordered in size, color, or design
Simply contact us with your order details and a clear photo. We’ll verify and guide you through the return process.
✔ Damaged Product? We Replace It.
If your order arrives damaged, torn, or defective in any way, we will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost.
Just share pictures/videos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can process your replacement quickly.
Important Notes
- Returns are only accepted for wrong or defective items.
- Custom design orders are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition for the return to be approved.
